I'm just wondering if it is possible to remove highlights from your hair?

May hair is medium blonde and I added light blonde highlights... Not really happy with them.

Would something like Robert Craig Colorfix work? If anyone could sugges product that would help I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you everybody!

In my NPO (non-professional opinion), of course you can remove highlights. You simply need to recolor your hair to your natural color. It's not a matter of actually 'removing' the highlights, you are just redyeing them to match your natural hair color. You may want to consult a stylist or haircolor info line. I recently tried Clairol's Natural Instincts and toned down my highlights. Good luck!

Hi, Judy is correct in that the highlights just need to be colored over.....we do have a method, depending on what you are doing, described in our 'simple fixes' article.......check it out in the consumer section of the site and, as always, we are available to answer questions 24/7
