I know that eyeliner is going to be a big makeup trend this winter, and I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips about applying it. I never do because it always comes out to heavy, uneven and it smudges.
Would love some practical advice.

Well, it very much depends on the quality of the product, if you have overhanging eye-lids and if you take enough time to let it dry before blinking. Apply it almost IN the hairimplants of your lashes and it will look almost 'natural'.
