i will watch this thread with great interest. i am interested in have lipo under my chin but then what about the skin? how RADICAL does this have to be?

YMMV, but I really like Roc Night Firming Cream. I was surprised at the difference this made in the texture & firmness of my neck & jawline. I've been using it for about a year and I can definitely see less 'jowl' than before. I'd probably have an even better result if I remembered to use it every night.
