I ask this about every year with no solution so far ;-(. Has anyone found ANY way to keep curly bangs straight in high humidity? There must be SOMETHING or SOME way out there to do this. After all, it really doesn't seem like an impossible, earth shaking thing to ask for now, or is it??

I've had the best results with Taft hair spray, either that or pinning them to the side.

I've also been searching for this answer. This summer, I took a low maintenance approach and did the following most days: Use gel on wet hair, then section the bangs into 3 sections. Twist the center section and pin back, do the same with the 2 side sections (looks almost like a thick cornrow). Stick the rest behind my ears, and allow the waves to wave and ends to flip up. Looks cute, stays all day, no worry about frizz, and bonus: no dryer needed.
When I want to wear my hair blown out, this has worked to some extent. Put Thermasilk weightless frizz fighter throughout hair. Add extra to bangs, concentrating on roots. Add Goldwell Extreme Staightener to bangs, blow out as usual.
HTH!

YES! It was super humid today in chicago, and I walked around for some time without a hat (often wear it for the good hair flattening qualities and the sun screening out properties). My bangs are stick straight still (and my hair is very wavy and super affected by humidity). I used:
l'oreal smoothing shampoo (the new kerastase clone) garnier nutrisse deep conditioner, and then a rinse with the lighter conditioner mix together some charles worthington anti-frizz serum (the kind for wavy hair) with a little kerastase nutri-liss when hair has dried some, I mixed a little tiny bit of the curly girls anti-humidity gel with my straightening serum (mop). let hair air dry at night
