Mojave Magic Cover Girl Lipstick

Hi. I'm new here. Don't know why I didn't think of looking this up on the net before.....

I am looking at the Mojave Magic line on QVC. I have never tried it. I have looked at some of the posts here about it; I have light skin with considerable ruddiness. (sigh!) The makeup looks kind of yellowy? I also have not been able to find out if it has any scent. I can't stand any scent in my makeup.

I am also asking the same question about the Cover Girl Continuous Color Sheer Lipstick - does it have any scent to it?

I've never figured out why they should want to make makeup smell 'pretty', but.... I would think it would clash with perfume. I just hate supporting the Kleenex people. hehe

I have tried Mojave Magic line. I have light olive skin and that bronzer is not for everyone even though they say it is. It turns orangey and looks like mud. Even with a light hand it is awful. However, the redaway concealer is wonderful. Works very well and so does the illuminating pen (although I find the YSL one a tad better). I am not sure about the foundation or the shadows. I know they have no scent except for the lipsticks which have a slight vanilla like flavor (scent). As for Cover Girl, well I have been turned off by their scent for ages. Maybe, they have changed it. Hopefully, someone else can answer this question. BTW Welcome!

I agree. I ended up pulverizing it and use it as eyeshadow and contour.

I agree,it's the only lipstick I've found that looks good,feels light/not gunky and stays on.

Cover Girl cosmetics discontinued putting scent in most of their products a few years back.

Cover Girl Continuous Color Sheer lipsticks have no scent.
