WHAT ARE THE BEST SHAMPOO AND COND ON THE MARKET? I HAVE REALLY HARD WATER AND ITS CAUSING A LOT OF BUILD UP AND SLOWING DOWN MY HAIR GROWTH

Your hair growth doesn't slow because of exterior reasons. More logical it has to do with what you eat. I can't tell you which brand is best. There's different brands in every country and the hair on different heads, reacts differently to different shampoos. I'd advice you to try most known local brands and see what suits your hair better.
